
Hybrid working
We offer a very flexible approach to hybrid working! You’ll find most of us at Interflora House in the heart of Sleaford – a beautiful market town in Lincolnshire but when we aren’t there, we’ll be enjoying the flexibility that our Hybrid Working policy allows us.

Our colleagues are trusted to make beautiful things happen from wherever they choose – meaning they can spend most of their time working remotely just as long as they come to the office in Sleaford to connect and collaborate at least once per week – although there may be times when being in the office more often is beneficial.

Lots of our people do come to the office on a very regular basis as it really is a fantastic environment, equipped with 80 hot desks and 14 meeting rooms - there are so many useful, varied and appealing spaces to work from, whatever activity you are doing and whoever you need to collaborate with.

Breakfast is available for free every day at Interflora House, as is tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits – and once per month, just prior to payday we do ‘Payday Pizza’ where we can all come together in our beautiful ‘Heartspace’ to share a slice (or three) of pizza with our colleagues.
